I help women navigate hormonal shifts with more ease, using an evidence based naturopathic approach.

Hi, I’m Melanie from Whole Body Natural Health. I am an accredited naturopath with a home-based practice in beautiful Austinmer, NSW.

I have a special interest in women’s health and hormone balance, however I welcome both men and women of all ages and stages of life.

Hormonal imbalances can have a profound effect on your quality of life, from mood and energy fluctuations, to disturbed sleep and hormonal weight gain.

I work with clients to find the root cause of imbalance, using evidence-based naturopathic care alongside a deeper understanding of how stress, emotions, and lifestyle impact wellbeing.

Whether you’re navigating hormonal changes, feeling out of sync, or wanting to improve your overall health & wellbeing, my goal is to help you restore balance and feel more like yourself again.

Melanie Armstrong is an Northern Illawarra based accredited naturopath.

A whole person approach, offering supportive care that acknowledges your unique needs.

Many health concerns respond well to a naturopathic approach, which focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying causes, because sometimes, just figuring out what’s really going on is half the battle.

In your initial consultation, you’ll have the space to share your full health story, past and present, in a supportive, caring environment. By understanding the root cause of your concerns, we can create a treatment plan that’s personalised, practical, and tailored to where you’re at right now.

People seek naturopathic care for all kinds of reasons. You might be feeling frustrated with conventional treatments that only manage symptoms, or perhaps you’ve always been drawn to a more natural, holistic approach.

Whatever brings you here, my aim is to work alongside you to help you move past persistent health issues with recommendations that are realistic, manageable, and aligned with what works best for you.
