Gut Loving Zingy Kiwifruit Smoothie

If you struggle with 'sluggish bowels' kiwifruit can work really well to keep things moving They're full of gut loving fibre and at 2 a day are a clinically validated and effective treatment for IBS - C (constipation)... Even if you don't struggle with constipation kiwi's are a great prebiotic food source to include in your diet for overall good gut health! Ingredients

2 kiwifruit (peeled and halved)

1 tbsp ground flaxseeds (linseeds)

1 serve plant based Vanilla protein powder (I use NuZest)

1 lime (halved and juiced)

1 cup of almond milk (I use Nutty Bruce unsweetened)

Add a couple of ice-cubes if desired

Method

1 Add all ingredients to a blender or Nutrabullet, blend together!
